Who We Are

Coldroom Network is the national parent organisation behind a growing network of specialist commercial refrigeration engineering branches across England. Each branch operates locally, serving the commercial operators in their area — but all branches operate to the same standards, use the same systems, and provide the same level of documentation and compliance management.
We were established to solve a genuine problem in the commercial refrigeration industry: the lack of a reliable, consistent, nationally-available contractor that could serve multi-site operators without compromising on local response times or technical quality.
Today, our network covers 15 locations across England, providing emergency breakdown response, planned preventative maintenance, compliance management, and full asset management to commercial operators of all sizes.

- F-Gas RegistrationAll engineers are F-Gas registered and certificated. Every refrigerant handling job is documented and compliant with UK regulations.
- Digital-First RecordsPaper records are no longer acceptable for compliance purposes. We issue digital service records after every visit, accessible at any time.
- Response Time CommitmentEmergency callouts target under 2-hour response times. We take refrigeration failure seriously because our clients depend on their cold chain.
